Sad week

This is not about dogs, but I'll post it anyways because it's my blog.

My dear Grandmother passed away suddenly this week. She was the strongest woman I've ever known or heard of. She has never been sick in her life, lived in her own house and took care of her yard. This winter presented a ton of snow for months and months, and every morning at 8am she was out there shoveling the sidewalk like a good citizen. AT AGE 91 and fit as a fiddle!

If I'm ever blessed with owning another Dobe bitch, she'll be named after my Grandmother in her honor, as she loved Dobermans, however never got to own one.

I will miss our weekly talks terribly. Jeg elsker dig Farmor!
